Very Kitsch might not always be very cool but this Kitsch Banana split will make your family very happy.
4 Bananas, Halved
12 Balls Neapolitan ice-cream
250ml Cream, Whipped
100g Chocolate, melted
100g Pecan Nuts, Chopped
12 Maraschino Cherries, with stalks
Place the banana halves in a banana split boat, and top them with 3 balls of ice-cream.
Place the cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the cream onto and around the ice-cream.
Top the cream with the cherries, and drizzle with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle on the pecan nuts, and serve immediately.
