It’s so nice going back in the archives and finding great recipes. These Clemengold recipes are so good and so quick and easy to make.
750ml Clemengold juice
2 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
5 cardamom pods
125ml castor sugar
Place the Clemengold juice, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and castor sugar in a heavy based saucepan. Stir until the sugar has dissolved then bring to the boil and cook to a thick syrupy consistency. Allow to cool.
Whisk the cream to a stiff peak and fold in the cool syrup. Pour into an airtight container, and freeze for a minimum of 3-4 hours before serving.
Serve as is, or in sugar cones.
