Pronto Mama’s Mushroom Linguine is a must next Meat Free Monday or any day of the week for that matter.
300g linguine, cooked as per packet instructions
2 jars PRONTO MAMA’S marinated mushrooms with chilli
15ml olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 red chilli
Salt and pepper
Basil to serve
Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan and add the chilliand garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes the add the 2 jars of marinated mushrooms.
Allow the mushrooms to heat through and the liquid to reduceby half.
Pour the hot sauce over the pasta and season well with saltand pepper. Top with basil and serve hot.
