Pronto Mama's Mushroom, Potato and Teleggio Pizza

I love simple flavour’s and i’m not a fan of too much cheese (yes I know, who doesn’t like cheese) so this pizza is one of my favorites as the Teleggio cheese, although it has a strong smell the taste is quite mild.

Makes 1 Pizza


  • 200g White Bread Dough

  • Olive oil to brush

  • 4 pink fingerling potatoes

  • ½ jar PRONTO MAMA’S marinated mushrooms, with thyme

  • 75g telleggio, sliced

  • 5 sprigs thyme, pulled off stem

  • Maldon Salt to Sprinkle


  1. Preheat Oven to 200°C.

  2. Roll the dough into thin circle, and then place it on abaking sheet. Brush the base with olive oil.

  3. Layer the slices of potato on top, along with themushrooms and teleggio cheese. Sprinkle with half the thyme and Maldon salt.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until dough is golden brown and potatoes are cooked. Add the rest of the thyme and serve hot.
