Oh my goodness this is such a super easy Ice Cream recipe and a great one to get the kids involved in helping you make.
Makes 1.5 l ice cream
- 3 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup tropical smoothie
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Sugar cones to serve
- Whip cream with vanilla and castor sugar to a stiff peak. Chill for 30 minutes
- Add tropical smoothie and whip to a stiff peak again
- Pour into a freezer friendly container and freeze for about 4 – 5 hours
Ball ice-cream into cones.
