Tropical Smooch Ice-cream

Oh my goodness this is such a super easy Ice Cream recipe and a great one to get the kids involved in helping you make.

Makes 1.5 l ice cream


  • 3 cup whipping cream

  • 1 cup tropical smoothie

  • ¼ cup castor sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • Sugar cones to serve


  1. Whip cream with vanilla and castor sugar to a stiff peak. Chill for 30 minutes

  2. Add tropical smoothie and whip to a stiff peak again

  3. Pour into a freezer friendly container and freeze for about 4 – 5 hours

To assemble:

Ball ice-cream into cones.
