Oh my goodness this is such a super easy Ice Cream recipe and a great one to get the kids involved in helping you make.
Makes 1.5 l ice cream
3 cup whipping cream
1 cup tropical smoothie
¼ cup castor sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Sugar cones to serve
Whip cream with vanilla and castor sugar to a stiff peak. Chill for 30 minutes
Add tropical smoothie and whip to a stiff peak again
Pour into a freezer friendly container and freeze for about 4 – 5 hours
Ball ice-cream into cones.
